Center Connection

Do you care about an older adult who has a condition that limits some activities? Are they independent in caring for basic physical needs, but lack opportunities to participate in enjoyable activities? Would they like to meet people and participate in a senior center but need some special support and encouragement? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, the Baltimore County Department of Aging Center Connection Program may be the answer.
Center Connection is designed for individuals who need supportive services to participate in Senior Center programs, but do not need physical assistance or close supervision. An individual needs to be 60 years or older to participate in this program. For more information or to refer an individual please call 410-887-0267 and ask to speak with the Center Connection Specialist to make an appointment.
